I was attending a public Zoom meeting recently, when a participant asked in the chat whether there was anyone who could translate into Portuguese.

Her request raised a red flag for me – because I was certain there were many participants on the call who also needed the information translated into other languages. The hosts had not prepared to do this, but we were able to set up a workaround – and it is not that hard to do.

Which is why I created this video on how to make it happen: https://youtu.be/eNEO4Os8sFA

Please watch it and share it widely – especially if you host public meetings. It is not a perfect solution, but at least it can help attendees get a sense of what is happening in the session.
