One of the characteristics of white supremacy culture is that progress is synonymous with “bigger/more.” We are surrounded by messages that tell us that progress looks like more funding, more services, more employees or larger audiences. But is that really what progress means for you and your work?
Since I know many of you either participate in strategic planning processes, provide vision and leadership within your organization, and/or run your own business, I created a short set of reflection questions designed to help you, your team, or your clients and constituents re-think what “progress” really means in your context.
